Visa Invitation Letter

Participants to the conference, are highly recommended to start the process for their visa application (if required) as soon as possible, as this may be a time consuming procedure.

Tunisia allows visa-free entry for short stays (typically up to 90 days) to citizens of many countries, including EU member states, the UK, Canada, the USA, and others. These travellers do not need a visa to enter Tunisia and are only required to present a valid passport. However, citizens of countries not on the exemption list must obtain a visa prior to arrival through a Tunisian diplomatic mission. For more detailed and up-to-date information, please visit:

Participants who require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the 13th IPCRG World Conference & 1st North African Interdisciplinary Respiratory Forum, should tick the appropriate box during their online registration process. This service is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

Please note that invitation letters are issued only for those participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees).

Please note that in case of Visa refusal, full refund (minus 50€, which applies for administration fees) of the paid registration fee will apply, on the occasion that notification to the Conference Secretariat is made up to two (2) months prior to the conference dates (up to 11 April 2026). Notification to the Conference secretariat must be made by e-mail at info@ipcrg2026.org, including the official visa refusal letter.
